At Roscoes Vintage we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help!

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn and unwashed.

  • Please note that clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed once the original item is returned.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at roscoesvintage@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship your item back to us using a trackable service. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt for your records.
